It is our great pleasure and honor to submit our application for the position of Community Curators for the month of August 2026.
We are Team Horizon Guardians, a team of three dedicated Steemians from three different countries: Bangladesh, India, and Nigeria.
Although we belong to different cultures and backgrounds, we share the same vision โ to discover quality content, encourage talented creators, and contribute positively to the growth of the Steemit ecosystem.
We believe that a curator's responsibility is not only about giving votes but also about recognizing creativity, supporting hardworking authors, and helping new users feel welcomed in the community.

About Me
Warm greetings and respect to all members of the Steemit platform.
My name is Al Mamun, and my Steemit username is @mamun123456.
My journey on Steemit started in January 2018. Since then, I have been continuously learning, creating content, and engaging with this wonderful platform.
During my long journey on Steemit, I have gained valuable experience and knowledge about content quality, community interaction, and supporting other creators.
At the beginning of my journey, I was not connected with any specific team or community. However, in 2026, I received the opportunity to work with a curation team, which helped me understand the responsibilities of a curator more deeply.
My main interests are motivational posts, video content, gaming-related content, and creative publications. I always try to find original and valuable content that deserves appreciation.
I am Bangladeshi by nationality, but currently working in Malaysia. Steemit has been an important part of my online journey, and I always try to contribute positively to this platform.

About Me
I am @aviral123 from India.
I joined the Steemit platform in November 2022. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, I started my active journey after three months. Before becoming active, I first took time to understand the platform rules, guidelines, and community environment.
In March 2023, I officially started my Steemit journey. Since then, this platform has given me many valuable experiences, opportunities, and friendships.
Through dedication and continuous learning, I have grown as a Steemian and become more connected with the community.
During my journey, I had the opportunity to work as a moderator and participate in different community activities. I also completed Seven Dolphins, which was one of the most memorable achievements of my Steemit journey.
I have also received several opportunities to work as a curator and support quality content creators. Additionally, I participated in Season 20 of the Engagement Challenge, which helped me gain more experience.
I believe every creator deserves encouragement, and a curator should always try to discover valuable content and support authors who contribute positively to Steemit.

About Me
My name is @josepha, and I joined the Steemit platform on 21st September 2020 after taking time to understand the platform and its values.
Since joining Steemit, I have remained an active member by sharing quality content, participating in contests, supporting other authors, and contributing to the growth of different communities.
Throughout my journey, I have gained valuable experience in community management, moderation, and curation activities. I have moderated more than three communities, which helped me understand the importance of maintaining a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for all users.
I also had the opportunity to participate in the Engagement Challenge, where I contributed as part of the Teaching Team by sharing knowledge about Excel and Google Sheets.
I am an accounting graduate and currently continuing my professional studies with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. My educational background has helped me develop analytical skills, responsibility, and attention to detail, which are important qualities for a curator.
I always believe that a good curator should not only look for popular content but also discover hidden talents, encourage new creators, and support valuable contributions across the platform.
