Star Wars Shirt Picture of the Week – 36

Today's shirt once again features Darth Vader. It has a background of flame with three images in front. One is the torso and head of Darth Vader. Another is Anakin Skywalker before he became Vader. The third, and the focus of the shirt, is Anakin/Vader without his helmet as seen in Return of the Jedi.

After removing the mask, Anakin/Vader died. There are many theories as to why this occurs. Most revolve around the suit being a mobile life support system and getting severely damaged by the Force lightning from the Emperor. Some theories also suggest that he was using the dark side of the Force to remain alive and when he returned to the light side he was choosing to let himself die.
