FAULTY PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION A PROBLEM TO DEMOCRACY IN MOST AFRICAN COUNTRIES

Revolutional Greetings to all steemian, today I will like to shed more light on the harm the existing constitution have caused to democracy in Nigeria and some Africa countries...
​constitution​ is a set of rules, guidelines, laws stipulated for an organisation, state and country to act on.

As we all understand the effectiveness and efficiency of constitution to the development of a country...
Individual have to understand the concept of politics, poli-tricking, and poli-thinking so that we won't be fooled by the set of cancus called DICTATOR/ POLITICIANS
now I take a look at some of the problem facing some African country which I later discover is the country FAULTY PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUTION.
as regard Nigeria, The only lasting solution to the GOOD governance as entity is to scrap 1999 Constitution of the land. I opines this because our institutions are totally built on faulty terrain which has proven to climax stage of moribund. Let us call for referendum to address the system of criminology in our governance and other acts of cankerworms. APC PDP SPD ANPP, CPC OOU etc are all birds of the same feathers. Nigerians in Nigeria will keep on rotating on the vestibule of Justice in injustice if all the mal structures are not address through a NEW CONSTITUTION
However the new constitution can also help to eradicate some problems listed below

🌼DURATION IN OFFICE AND A 4YEARS TENURE POLICY

this we prevent any politicians the privilege to re-contesting for any post for the second term just as no vice president who end up being a president due to death or impeachment if the president will be allowed to contest more than one term same to a deputy governor who ended the regime of his government as seen in some of the African countries where a president rules for 30years and still willing to re-contest, cameroun, Senegal, Libya, Zimbabwe as a case study

🌼ERADICATING UNNECESSARY ALLOWANCE

this is common to the parliamentary that is the house of representative the senators, and the governors and which is one of the way of mis-using the country national cake.... Allowance such as ward rope, kitchen,newspaper, feeding allowance should be scrambled only the basic salary and the sitting allowance should be permitted in the new constitution

🌼STOPPING OF SALARY AFTER ENDING A TENURE

This will prevent the politicians of collecting a salary after their service as it should be restricted to only the president of the nation

🌼LIFE IN PRISON AS PENALTY FOR MISAPPROPRIATE OF FUND

The new constitution to be amended in such a way that any politician who stole the country money should be sentenced to life in prison

🌼REDUCTION IN AGE OF PARTICIPANTS AND NOMINATION PRICE TAG

this will give room for the low class indegene of the country to participate and 60 year of age should be the age limit to allow and booster the participation of youth , presently the president of France, Peru, and Venezuela are below 40years of age

🌼PREVENTING NOMINATION OF INEC MEMBERS BY THE GOVERNMENT

For the aim of transparency, INEC members should be a non-governnental organisation /group so as to prevent corruption or favoring the government that nominated them

🌼INTRODUCTION OF NEW PARTY SYSTEM
the constitution should be amend by allowing 2 party system which is common to most of the developed country......

Am sure constitution amendment will provide a long lasting solution to most Africans country problems and aid it's development.
