Brexit: Theresa May is ready to offer more
To unlock the stalemate in negotiations on Brexit, British Prime Minister Theresa May is ready for a much more generous offer for the so-called divorce bill to be sold with the EU.
Prime Minister would be prepared to put more than 40 billion euros on the pot, twice the 20 billion he had previously spoken, thus approaching the estimation of the European demand, around 60 billion.
Just today, the prime minister must try to "secure the support of the council of ministers", particularly the Eurosceptic as the holder of Foreign Affairs Boris Johnson, to be able to present the offer in Brussels on Friday. This is a meeting that could be decisive in negotiations with the EU,although Downing Street officially denied the upswing by the British.
