My thoughts on this news

This is an interesting story, this Washington Post journalist named Khashoggi is a US resident but is originally from Saudi Arabia. He wrote some stories about Saudi leaders that they did not like, so obviously they had him killed. He went to Turkey and to the Saudi embassy to pick up some documents and he never came back out. There is video footage of him entering but never leaving and there is also video footage of Saudi agents going into the embassy. He is currently reported as missing, but he is no longer at the embassy. The Turkish government reported that they believe he was killed inside the embassy on orders from the royal court of Saudi Arabia and his body was destroyed. When Donald Trump was asked about this, he said it was terrible, but Saudi Arabia is a US ally and they are buying billions of dollars of weapons from the US government. So basically money is more important to Donald Trump than the lives of journalists killed for speaking the truth.
