I don't. Only matters if I'm gonna run. Double-bind is I only run when I'm breaking obscenity laws and going topless.
Bras with insane padding have become such a norm that nipple indents are now obscene.
The nipple discomfort is based on premise that male discomfort is more important. its just evolved that way so a lot of women adopt the discomfort too.
