The excess male problem

Recently, I've been thinking a lot about how so many problems that we face in today's day and age are result from a huge surplus of young men.
As per most available statistics, the natural sex ratio at birth is around 105 boys to 100 girls. This number gets bumped globally because developing countries like India and China tend to abort a lot of female foetuses/kill many female babies.
The supposed reason for this slightly greater number of boys that are born is that men are more likely to die of war, disease etc and thus nature creates a few extra to even out the numbers by adulthood.
For much of human history, wars and fatal diseases were so common that many societies actually ended up having more females than males and there was no problem of excess young males so if monogamy was strictly enforced, each man would easily be able to secure at least one woman.
Fast forward to today's world and we have the exact opposite situation. Medical advancement and relative peace have stopped this natural thinning of male numbers, leading to most countries having a large surplus of excess young males.
This excess male problem, combined with the fact that modern women can now do whatever they please, that is, turn into sluts for the 10-15 percent of Chad cock out there, have destroyed the ability of ordinary young males to have fulfilling sexual relationships with women.
Young men have become degenerate and addicted to pornography, video games and fast food. Now that hard work and a normal ability to sustain a household can no longer provide a quality woman, many of these young men are dropping out of society altogether, while others turn increasingly anti-social.
In my opinion, considering the reality of modern day near permanent peace and medical advancements, I think it is no longer right for society to continue with the natural sex ratio. The technology exists for the artificial manipulation of the human sex ratio at birth to be manipulated. I think it is time for every sensible human society to start manipulating its sex ratio at birth artificially. I think in today's world, the ideal sex ratio at birth should be 85-90 males pet 100 females. If this can be done we can go back to times when young men don't have to struggle so hard for even normal sexual relationships.
