@lordoftruth, the truth is The Syrian war have been going on. Since God knows when, the issue is that war exist in the heart and the syrian Government is trying to take the big picture away from their people.
ISIS, and other bodies aren't ready for anything peaceful yet.
If you ask for my opinion, i'd say the war aint over. It is far from it.

involving or creating favorable circumstances that increase the chances of success or effectiveness.
One bad thing i know about war is that, those people who instigate it are some where enjoying their life, while the foot soldiers and innocent civilians are bearing the heat....Assad should know by now that this war will take time to end if he didn't use a diplomatic way to soften things between him and the rebels. But fighting both the rebels an isis.
