The caravan goes on: 200 million for Trump's election stunt
Our troops will protect our borders! They will prevent the caravan of terrorist from entering!
It was election, the GOP in trouble, so Trump had to make a stunt to get a few voters back. He found it in a "caravan" of people seeking refugee (or just a better life) in the US.
The logical thing for Trump was to send in the military (the usual US way of dealing with a problem). This has cost the US taxpayer 200 Million Dollar, probably more than caring for these people instead would have cost.
But the fun thing is: The troops are coming back! Have you missed the arrival of the caravan? No. It is still a month away. Have the poor islamic terrorist suddenly changed into rich Saudi islamic terrorists? No!
But you know what is in a month? Christmas. A day where people want their sons at home. So they have to get home.
Repeat: US taxpayers payed 200 million dollar for what amounts to a training excursion for a few thousand soldiers.

That is the goal of ths post. Some things you can only bear with alcohol or humor, and I never drink alcohol.
And despite many opposite experience, I always hope that one day one of Trump's fans will come here and comment: Yes, you are right. I was in error to believe him, but Trump has done so many bad things, I can no longer be for him.
