One question re: Stormy Daniel’s $130,000.00

I only have one question. Well, a question and two follow up questions.

1. Did she pay taxes on that $130,000.00?

2. If not, would that be considered tax-evasion?!

3. Isn’t tax-evasion a criminal offense?

I’d love to hear what the Tax man has or is doing about this.
