The Impossible Outcome of the 14th General Election(GE) in Malaysia on the 9th May 2018

in #politics6 years ago

This 93 years old ex-prime minister is now the new 7th Prime Minister of a New Malaysia.

Just before the General Election, most analysts foreign and local have strong belief that the Barisan National Coalition which is lead by United Malay National Organisation (UMNO), Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) and other smaller parties would win the 14th GE. The Barisan coalition had been in power for 61 years and the prime minister, Nazib Abdul Razak had absolute control of all the machineries of the government. Even the judiciary, the Registration of Societies (ROS), the Election commision, the media and others are under the control of one person, the prime minister. This is the picture of the ex-prime minister Nazib Razak since 2009. Dato' Sri Haji Mohammad Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak, was a Malaysian politician, who served as the 6th Prime Minister of Malaysia from April 2009 until his defeat in 9th May 2018.

The new leader of the Coalition of Hope (Pakatan Harapan) is Dr Mahathir Mohamad (93 years old) who served 22 years as Malaysian prime minister from 1982 t0 2002. Now he commands the support of more than half of the 222 members of Parliament. Harapan secretariat chief Saifuddin Abdullah, Harapan had 113 MPs. Earlier today, Harapan leader and PM-designate Dr Mahathir Mohamad had said that Harapan and its allies now had 135 seats. By the Malaysian constitution, the leader commands the support of the majority of members of parliament will be the prime minister.

Who is the new leader of the Coalition of Hope? Here is the old picture of Tun Dr Mahathir.

Tun Dr Mahathir is very soft spoken man and at the age of 93, he is still sharp in his thinking and speaking. He answers questions and gives comments intelligently like before. He told the crowd that he is not here to seek position or wealth because he has enough. He has his last mission to accomplish before he leaves the earth. According to him, the ex-prime minister (Nazib Razak) had done many wrong things and he is here to do the correction.

He only aspires to be an interim prime minister for two or three years to correct most of the major mistakes he had committed when he was prime minister.

#1 His first mission is to pave the way for his ex-deputy prime minister who is serving a 5 years sentence on sodomy charge brought by the prime minister Nazib Razak to be pardoned by the king so that he can be active in politics again. Malaysian laws bar a ex-prisoner to take part in politics. He needs a pardon from the king.

Who is Anwar Ibrahim? Here is his picture of Tun Dr Mahathir with Anwar Ibrahim when he was punched by the inspector general of police while blind-folded during Mahathir's time when he was the deputy prime minister. The irony is that Mathir was the man that put him to prison in 1992 when he was about to challenge him for the leadership of UMNO. Now he is facing the same charge by the ex-prime minister Nazib Razak for the same offence a few years ago. He claimed that this is a political conspiracy to silence him. He is about to be released from jail next month June 2018.

He had made up with Mahathir and they cooperate to topple the current prime minister Nazib Razak.

#2 Another mission for Mahathir is to bring about the separation of power of the judiciary, the executive and the administration of the government machineries. The anti-corruption agency, the attorney general, the appointment of judges and the other important positions of government machineries are going to be made answerable to parliament not the prime minister.

#3 Many unnecessary laws like the fake news law and others will be revoked.

#4 The recent reports of One Malaysian Sovereign Funds frozen over sea are to be recovered.

#5 The rule of laws are strictly adhered to and whoever committed crimes and corruptions will be pursued.

#6 Conscientious and mutual respect in decisions are to be agreed by all the four members of the coalition.

The best decision is his new inclusive policy that every body is now a Malaysian. I hope Anwar Ibrahim will continue the policy of inclusiveness and help is give all races in Malaysia who are poor.

A new dawn of Malaysian politics is born and any policy to be formed will be fair to all races. The education system is going to be readjusted and the all government services will reflect a multi-racial nature. I hope and wish him well and enjoy good health to implement all the new agendas.
