Silence is death: experimental

When silence gasps her final breath
say we died say we gave birds wings
with our tongues say we are poorer
now like the music of first lovers
crossing and recrossing each other
as a weaving of shrouds call it a
dirge like the flicker of shadows
stifled in the heat of meeting call
it a tryst swords meeting and
parting say it is a thrust a separating
of body from bodies say it is death

We are dumb with want our tongues stapled
to the roof like bat wings waiting
for night so we can pass around stories
like cupped fireflies call us cowards
say we are wise name it fear
for our feet have fled away from us
and we are pinned to a jar like
tamed butterflies dancing for food say home
say family as mother sister wife stripping
skin away from flesh on a pole
so another can tug his pole children to the floor say sex say sin call us damned

Silence have given us wings to float
and when they ask us our names
we say who we do not say what
we bob white eyed in glass cages
ducking bullets and shrapnel molotov
and slick banners we are warriors on
our last tweet protected by screen guard
call us scared weak say broken say death

This is another experiment but unlike the previous I make no use of punctuations. I also use as little capital letters as possible. I wonder what sort meanings you will get and how you will arrange words in phrases and sentences. Next time I will not write in lines or stanzas and we will see we're we go from there. Good afternoon

PS: I love this new font. I wish we could have more options of fonts to write and post with. There are some fonts that do not encourage writing. Some of you know what I am talking about.
