Breaking Point - Original Poetry

This pressure on my chest,
unable to move.
Is this a test?
What's left to prove?

You've won,
I'll submit.
Just need it gone,
weakness I'll admit.

I can't hurt anymore,
I've grown numb.
No longer a sore.
I'll never overcome.

Sinking deeper everyday,
one day I'll vanish.
No words left to say,
pain I'll never banish.

I can't shed this stray,
its claws at my neck,
I'm now its prey.
An emotional wreck.
