My human senses - A poem
My eyes can see and
my ears can hear
My nose can smell
I see everything
I can hear everything
I can smell everything
I close my eyes and
everything goes black
like the darkest night
without any lights
But my ears can still hear,
the wind, the birds singing, cars driving
and people laughing
My ears is my new eyes
connected to my heart, my emotions
My nose can smell
An old woman's perfume, the rain, the flowers
The smell bring up memories and feelings
Love, hate, joy, sadness
I breath in the moment
I live here and now
Tomorrow is another day
