foreign tongues

foreign tongues

foreign tongues speak so much truth,
even though the vivid youth
knows the ins and outs so well.
foreign tongues can always tell
what things choke you in your sleep,
and by doing so they weep.

you are fast, but i am quicker.
daily i am getting sicker.
a disease keeps taking over,
only when i'm feeling sober,
which ironically is
only when i feel your kiss.
