[Poem] Anxiety: something everyone can connect with

Anxiety
We all can relate to this horrible feeling. It takes over our emotions...

-It rattles through your body like an earth quake of emotions

It shuts you out of your personal life like a jail cell prisoner

It attacks your brain like a cardiac arrest

It erupts your stomach like an exploding volcano

Anxiety is a disease, that only one can cure.

You have to fight through the battle like world war 2

You have to seize the good times like a bird in a cage

You have to open your eyes like your favourite book

You have to shut out the bad memories like you do a door

Once you can see the light, the world will become a much brighter place. Reach for the light because it is here for all of us
