We are all still feeling on edge here, especially after the powerful aftershock that shook us again this morning (6.2 on the Richter Scale). Connecting with others when feelings and energy are dark and low can have a therapeutic effect, so I wrote another physiopoem to share in hopes it would help us all heal a bit.
