We were bonded but apart
Like the sun and moon
We ruled our world apart
But of our love we knew
We pushed against all forces
With my zeal like fire
Her commitment like the wind
We burnt past all barriers
Till we were at arms length
We realised our bond was but doom
Causing an eclipse at noon
Our love causing only death
It was just then we knew
That love was only a myth
His words are profound to be lived
