A new POCKET confirmation bot

A great article by @biophil was trying to answer the question if POCKET is really a decentralized and trustful token. Yes, the POCKET can be a decentralized system because everyone is open to run a confirmation bot.

In my opinion, there is still a valid open question regarding the trust that people can put in the confirmation bots.

Yes, I'm trusting the @pocket-a bot, because it was the one confirming the Genesis. But, let's just assume that the @pocket-a is permanently down and there will be a big family of confirmation bots: some legitimate, following the protocol, and some abusing the rules. Settling an OTC (over-the-counter) transaction, I need a rightful confirmation bot. How can we ensure that I can easily spot the abusive ones?

By the way, today I just noticed that a new confirmation bot started to make it's way into the POCKET blockchain:

The new bot, called @tech-pocket, might still be in an initial testing phase. So far it didn't confirmed any new transactions, but reconfirmed some old ones. Strange is that the balance of the sender or the receiver are often different from the ones indicated by @pocket-a.
