Great picture quality but this is not San Pedro, I work with it extracting mesculine and I just planted 13 today as you can see from the picture on the right side of wiki it doesn't grow like that it grows long and straight and the bulbs that come off it after cuttings get much larger as well as no hairs.

I couldn't fix it properly
In this case the biggest issue is that you have posted it as an edible cactus and who knows what happens if somebody ingests the cactus you posted...if you can't edit it anymore get your downline to flag this post so at least it isn't a dangerous post anymore. Also I think breaking the link for the photo might do it.
