Yes, it's spring when you start seeing all green!

And specially yellow for a couple of weeks when the Dandelions flower all at the same time.

Dandelion leaves offer a good source of supplementary protein compared to other sources such as vegetable and fruits

    Okay, so now I'm supposed to eat dandelion leaves?! :)

    Well, at least those can be found in abundance. I knew eventually I'd find a use for some of the 'weeds' that keep popping up in my yard. Any use for crab grass and thistles?

    • Seeds may be ground up and used as flour. The fine white flour can be used for semolina.

    • Fiber: Fiber from the plant can be used for making paper.

    Nice! Forget about keeping the lawn nice (okay, maybe the front yard still so the neighbors don't complain too loudly). I might have to just look into some farm land and start harvesting the weeds! :)

      Oh wow! All green. I felt like my eyes are relax and I can stare for it the whole day. haha. Nature needs caring. I see this is one good example that the people in your place cares in nature. Thank you for sharing @greencross. I can tell you have a lot of passion in caring our mother earth.
