[Day 9] "Doing PLANK" 1 min PLANK challenge for 30 days - Bring Sally Up Version【30天平板支撐挑戰】
Another day of planks (mainly) and a few push-ups with the Bring Sally Up song. I wonder when I am going to be able to finish the whole 3-and-a-half minute song. Anyone else wants to join us?
又一天的平板支撐 (主要是) 和一些俯臥撐。我不知道什麼時候才能完成這 3分半鐘的「變態」歌曲。還有人想加入我們嗎?
WHY
To encourage everyone to start a daily habit of exercise.
Too much office work and not enough of exercise?

HOW
To spend at least 1 minute daily doing plank.
For the next 30 days.
