It sounds like an alert about a "problem" woman they need to take care of. A woman whose kids have been kidnapped and is demanding them back. Or a blackmailer...
I'm trying to get up to speed with this investigation. Just on the face of it, the creep factor is off the charts. But when scrutinizing this graphic, I realize there's a huge amount of information out there, mostly de-centralized (a good thing), and the learning curve is rather steep. My first question: what is the significance of Mr. Potato Head?

A friend of mine started investigating the link between missing children from the foster system here in Ireland and the connection to paedophile rings with high ranking individuals and she had several threats. Even towards her family. So she quit. That alone tells us she was on to something.

Not sure what Potato Head's role in all of this is. From what we can see, Tamera appears to be the one offering the kids out "for entertainment".
