Nice post, and I agree. I've been teaching people about the importance of including superfoods in their diets for years.
I do have one minor correction, in that spirulina is not a seaweed. It is a one-celled algae that is highly adaptable, and can grow in freshwater, salt water, brackish water, tropical springs, and pretty much everywhere with the right temperatures and sunlight.
It is even easily grown at home, with nothing more than a covered aquarium, with a light and heater, and the pure spirulina culture.
