Kiwi fruit are full of nutrients : vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium. They a have antioxidants and are a good source of fiber.

Did you know that the seeds are healthy too? They have omega-3 . So don't be frustrated and alarmed with the little guys getting into your teeth.
