Every part of mustard plant is very useful.
Its fowers are very beautiful. A Cuisine prepared from Mustard leaves is "SAAG" and very popular in sub continent because of its yummlish taste.
Oil extacted from mustard seeds is very beneficial for skin and hair.Mustard oil is most commonly used hair oil in Punjab.
Mustard seeds are used as spice in many dishes specially as a preservative in pickles along with mustard oil.
Mustard is rich source of calcium , magnesium , phosphorous , vitamin A, vitamin K and folate.
An edible mustard paste available in market is very delicious in taste.
