the shades of blue in the ice

How do you describe this part of the world to people whom have never experienced it? I, to this day still do not know how to describe what it is you experience when you are standing here surrounded by so much vast beauty. Even more so, to capture a photo that truly capitulates and does justice to what it is you are observing in this area is close to impossible but that won't ever stop me from trying time and time again to take that photo and to share it with all of you here on Steemit.

Here we spent a morning in small zodiacs cruising around some incredibly large and stunning glaciers in an area called Paradise Harbour on the Antarctic Peninsula. The slight overcast day meant for the different shades of blue from the surrounding glaciers to just burst to the surface leaving most people speechless - including me.
