Where there are tourist attractions, there are the vendors. This is a phenomenon that you usually find if you travel to Aceh.
When we traveled to Ie Seu-um, Aceh Besar, we also found vendors walking around to sell their wares. A vendor of crackers came to us. We bought some crackers. It felt very crispy.

This shows that there is room for small traders to earn income at tourist sites. If managed optimally, the tourism sector can increase local revenue (PAD), and also improve the economy of local communities, including cracker traders.
