Nature always wears the colors of the spirit!

Dear Steemers,

Nature is truly amazing when it comes to connect to your true self.

One of my favorite sessions in a training is actually any exercise taken outdoors. And once there, first things first: Take off shoes and walk barefoot :D This is how I feel more connected to the earth, as a Taurus that I am :)

The pictures of this post are taken in Torino di Sangro, Italy. This is the only natural reserve protected in Abruzzo. The whole area used to look just like this, before agriculture started to be famous around the villages of the region. Unfortunately and fortunately at the same time, innovation and advancement has to happen in our world.

Once the group entered the park, we were greeted with coffee and different games by the park rangers, in their small cabin :)

These are my favorite flowers :)

This is an easy and efficient game. Well, one keeps the string and thinks of a word related to environment, such as "energy". The string is then passed to another participant who continues in coming up with another word. And so on...

Such games can be found in many Council of Europe training modules. Once all the participants have come up with words, we start cutting the strings each hold. So, for example if you said "Tree" and the other said "Bird"... but due to our gas emission birds are dying, you cut that string. Therefore, trees are left alone and reproduction among plants is done done as usual. Here is a mutation and a cause to fight for.

Around this artificially created pond we saw few wild pigs (not very safe btw) and found new footprints of a new type of wolf spotted in the area :)

And at the end of the walk, we stopped for the Silent Circle. What the silent circle was about? Well... sitted in a circle you just shut up and observe nature sounds. It might sound stupid and easy, but next time you are in nature.. TRY IT!

It is so relaxing, and so difficult in the same time. Focusing on the different type of birds might be challenging :)
