Solid neutral density filters extend lens to increase the shutter speed and decrease the amount of light for landscape photography.
Polarizer filters remove reflections from water and shiny leaves, and increase the contrast between blue sky and white clouds.
Both of these effects are hard to pull off authentic in Photoshop. They have fun with the camera ..
