A jaunt to Mount Kerinci - photography

ALL started from my friend Aldair's invitation and 2 friends who felt challenged and looking for a new experience, I decided to join. All four of us, namely Aldair, Digar, and Adri and decided to climb Mount Ciremai, and left on 2-5 August 2015 ago.

First we gather at home Adri, then from there we escorted his driver to Gambir station, from Adri's house leave at 07.00 until 08.00 station. Schedule our departure train from 09:00 to 12:00 from Gambir station to Cirebon station.

After 3 hours drive we finally arrived at Cirebon station. What we will pass to climb is Palutungan line, to get to, there must charter angkot D5 until post 1 registration Palutungan approximately 20 minutes. Once there, we got a brief briefing from the SAR team there, then, up the mountain. Lets enjoy the adventures.

We leave at 3 pm, the first destination to Cigowon, the journey from Palutungan post to Cigowong about 3 hours, let us know the new climbers, hahaha

Our ascent, not heavy because accompanied by laughter, that's the solution for us-we are new climbers. Although at the end, tired jug, hahaha

Finally, we arrived at Cigowong at 18.00, here is usually a favorite place of climbers to build tents at once to rest towards Pesanggrahan / top post.

After building the tent, the stomach also ask for service, we cook using paraffin, after dinner finish we immediately rest. Soalnys, for tomorrow must continue the climb and takes 10 hours lg to the top, wow mantappp.

At 8 am teng, we wake up fresh, because the air is inhaled and attached to the skin was cool, so much different from in Jakarta. Breakfast with a simple-simple course, which is simple breakfast aja namely energen. After breakfast, we get ready to continue the journey. We are all, very excited because it will be through a very beautiful track, though more nanjak, hahaha

Departing from Cigowong at 09.00 our destination is Pesanggrahan, which must pass 4 posts if we want to get there, that is Kuta, Pangguyangan Badak, Arban and Asoy Rise.

The tricky tracks made us spend a lot of energy, luckily I brought in brown sugar - which he said can add energy. . Sure enough after eating brown sugar we so rarely drink and step on the gas continue.

Proven until post Pesanggrahan at 4 pm and immediately terkapa, hahaha. There we met the SAR team who were camping as well. Their goal is to hunt down a herd of deer pigs who troubles the climbers who camp in this Pesanggrahan.

As usual, after the tent was built we made instant meals, such as noodles, energen, and other foods. We must be really fit because tomorrow at dawn, we have to go to the top.

From Pesanggrahan to the top we think about 3 hours-lah lah for beginner climber, like us. Did not feel the time to show the numbers 9 nights we still preoccupied chat with the SAR team in front of a warm fire. After that, we returned to the tent to rest.

At 3 am we woke up and immediately prepared whatever items were brought to the top like water, medicines and other important objects. Hmmm around the clock set 7 we finally had reached the summit of Mount Ciremail 3078 mdpl. We enjoy the beauty of God's mountain scenery by taking pictures and sleeping hehehe.

The time lapse goes, we have to go home and go down at 11 o'clock, pass the same path yaiti Palutungan then back to Pesanggrahan tidy up the tent and then straight down to post 1 Palutungan, hmm around 7an you just arrived.

The body feels bursting with exhausted tired, pegel feet, but all of that paid off with this wonderful experience.

Before we go back to Jakarta we stay at the resort special lodging climber, and plan to return home Wednesday August 5, 2015. In the morning we get free food from there and all buy souvenirs for the sister who at home. We leave at 4 pm to Cirebon station. I, Digar, and Aldair go to Jakarta, and Adri to Solo, because her parents are here.

That's the story of togetherness and friendship of the four of us as we go up the mountain. Apologies if the writing is less interesting, because this is the first article - it is also because forced my father. Hahaha ... wait for my other writing.
