That looks delicious! I'm a fan of Thai food but have never tried Thai version of stir fry before. Is there a specific rice wine vinegar brand you would recommend? I only have mirin, which is a japanese sweet rice wine I have at home. I'm wondering if it will be a good substitute I can use to test this dish?
Thanks @pusheenosaurus. I think the mirin will work just fine. As far as I know the difference is very slight.
