"Fisgas de Ermelo" Trail - Portugal Beauty

Hello steemians! Today I will not make a post about food. As you know I am a health food fan Paleo, which is a healthy lifestyle. But Paleo is not only food and living well with himself and with others, practicing physical exercise is one of the things that should be complemented by healthy eating.

Olá steemians! Hoje não vou fazer um post sobre comida. Como sabem sou adepta de comida saudável Paleo, que é um estilo de vida saudável. Mas Paleo não é só comida é viver bem consigo mesmo e com os outros, praticar exercicio fisico é uma das coisas que se deve complementar com a alimentação saudável.

Hiking is one of the things I enjoy doing. Yesterday was the day of making a 12km mountain trail with a friend and a group of people in love with nature. It is very good to be in contact with nature makes us well to body and soul. The trail was on a mountain that is in the municipality of Mondim de Basto, Vila Real, the district where I live. This mountain is well known, is called Fisgas de Ermelo, a village known for its beautiful waterfalls, considered the largest waterfalls in Portugal that will flow to the river Olo. Here you can also see shepherds with their herds of goats, pedestrian rails with several viewpoints.

Caminhadas é uma das coisas que eu gosto de fazer. Ontem foi o dia de fazer um trail de 12km na montanha com uma amiga e mais um grupo de pessoas apaixonadas pela natureza. É muito bom estarmos em contacto com a natureza faz-nos bem ao corpo e a alma. O trail foi numa montanha que fica no concelho de Mondim de Basto, Vila Real, distrito onde eu vivo. Essa montanha é muito conhecida, é chamada de Fisgas de Ermelo, uma aldeia conhecida pelas suas cascatas de água lindíssimas, consideradas das maiores quedas de água de Portugal que vão desaguar ao rio Olo. Aqui também se podem ver pastores com os seus rebanhos de cabras, trilhos pedestres com vários miradouros.

Yesterday due to the meteorological state I could not take photos to the waterfalls, with much pity of me, because it was very fog. But I leave you some of the photos that I got to take along the route of the tour.

Ontem devido ao estado metereologico não consegui tirar fotos às cascatas, com muita pena minha, pois estava muito nevoeiro. Mas deixo-vos algumas das fotos que consegui tirar ao longo do percurso do passeio.
