A wet/dry and beautiful day in the apple valley!

Here we can see a circular ring around the sun. The ring is formed due to icicles in the air!

We woke up to a wet morning as it rained overnight and the early morning clouds, as above, were a showcase of intricate shapes and colors. The sun broke through several times in the day, whilst the clouds were partying with the winds in the sky. To walk around camera in hand is a sure stress releaser.
Let's have a look!

Did I tell you that the valley was wet this morning?

Here is another beautiful old nasturtium!

The beehives were placed in the orchards over the weekend and now we have them all over the place!

And finally, I told you that the clouds were playing around in the sky. Here we have the sun hidden by a leaf of cloud!

Aldous Huxley imparted the following piece of wisdom; " The secret of genius is to carry the spirit of the child into old age, which means never losing your enthusiasm"
The humor, playfulness, imagination and innocence that we so carefully protect against the ravages of this life is a secret sustainable force during times of trouble and sorrows.
Nature is my personal sounding board and teacher during the storms in my life and she teaches silence and endurance.
Tomorrow the sun will shine again!

All great shots, especially the nasturtium (Tom Thumb) shots! Mine don't look so healthy, as they don't do too well in the Florida heat! No one can truly look at nature and say that there is no God! Blessings to you!

@dmcamera Wow! What a great comment. I think the nasturtiums grow better with little sun and lots of shade? We have large bushes of them here. God is the creator and many days I am astounded by the intricacies of His creations! Blessings also to you!

Really beautiful. Bless the Most High!

@ironshield, Thank you Sir and I looked for your post now to reciprocate, but there was @gratefuleveryday and I responded! The Most High is blessed indeed! Blessings!

Nature is calming, a staying hand on the shoulder reminding us she is ever on the move, not always in the direction we anticipate, nonetheless always changing.

The child in each and everyone of us is what keeps us going, searching and taking on challenges, strength to you and Marianne through the upcoming weeks.

Your nasturtium flowers look healthy, good reminder I need to plant some again @papilloncharity

@joanstewart Someone planted the nasturtiums and the large beds of lilies around the dams here on the farm long ago Lady Joan and they seem to have spread all over the place, except into the orchards. We spent the whole day over the mountain to sort out our banking problems, as after 3 months here now, the account has still not been transferred from Johannesburg. We also had to appoint 3 new signatories on the Papillon account here and and and. Definitely not a nice way to spend one's day! Blessings!

Moving anything of late happens on African Time, not easy. One day at a time, as with everything in life, I have spent weeks forwarded paperwork to Jhb for my brothers estate to be wound down.

@joanstewart I hope you are making progress with the paperwork Lady Joan. A tedious job if ever there was one!

Got everything scanned and emailed to JHB, managed to notify everyone on social media. In-law will take time, live close (1 km) will keep an eye open to assist where needed, also keep walking my brothers dog, park or beach once a week, as arranged.

What can I say Lady Joan? It is indeed a very lonely road at times in this life, especially as far as love of kin is concerned. I also have only one elder sister left, but all of the others died so long ago that they remain now only a dim memory of another lifetime. Time heals, but the heart never forgets. Blessings and strength to you. I think you know that we pray for you!

That's so gorgeous @papilloncharity! Very true that the sun will shine again no matter what:)

@lizelle Thank you dear friend and one only needs to look back at how many times fate stepped in to deal one a dark hand and every time the real Hand of Light appeared! Blessings!

Oh yes and that is one certainty we have, blessings to you as well!
