An Eerie Yet Beautiful Winter Fog Descends Over Rural Australia: This Morning In Pictures.
A quick collection of pictures to brighten up your morning Steemians. As I was writing my usual morning Steemit post which I normally do before sunrise, I happened to look up and out the window to observe that the first rays of light were illuminating a ghostly fog around the property.
I had to give the keyboard a rest and pop outside to capture the moment. I'm glad I did as the moon was putting on a show also. My apologies for the number of photos (but this represents an already highly culled selection!) and the quality as these were taken in low light conditions obviously.

Doesn't it just! The pictures don't quite capture the intangible ghostly feel as I walked around the house pad looking over my shoulder for a "scream" mask!

Hello, there's not much that matches the errie, surreal beauty of a fog shrouded morning in the Australian bush. Great pictures, thanks for sharing. I'm from Central Qld and I found you on a homesteaders list randomly! I'll give you a follow and a vote. I always try to comment on posts I like. I'm pretty new to steemit and it's fun finding the best content for my feed. Australian farmers and homesteaders are a rare find indeed. I am on the Capricorn Coast, I garden a little and am saving for some land. In the mean time I'm trying to find local food and food producers. Also exploring sustainable lifestyle ideas, arts and random projects. Mostly just documenting my journey to keep myself accountable I'm still writing my intro post about being Over The Wait.
