Hmmm. Are you using a flowering fertiliser or a growth fertiliser? Also, I have read that temperature change stimulates flowering in phals. Do they get a little colder in winter and then feel the weather as it warms up?
I use the same Orchid fertilized for all orchids. The rest seem to bloom ok.
They do get colder winters too. I start to think it might be not enough light where they are. Maybe the small ones need a bit more...
