The Durst tower in New York city rises Like a Star Wars warship

The Durst Tower is a one-of-a-kind building for rent on the west side. It is built of a diagonal criss-crossing triangle and makes it look like one of the warships in the Star Wars. It has a floating structure with a middle Central Garden that's inspired by Central Park. The entire building sits on a jagged diagonal.

It will cost almost 500 million to build as it is almost done. It's likely way over budget at this point. The building will house more than 800 units including 600 rental. It is primarily for very wealthy people the actual apartments are going for more than $5,000 a month for a studio or single bedroom. The interior design of the building will be highly luxurious.
