This flower actually originated from Africa which then spread to Asia and Australia.

The content of chemicals from these plants such as essential oils, saponins, sapophonins, sinensetin, myoinocytol, tanned substances and potassium are believed to be able to cure various types of diseases.

Has the Latin name Orthosiphon Aristatus and comes from a family of Labiatae (Lamiaceae) plants. This plant includes flourishing in Indonesia.
