I want to show my photos close-up. In the photos you can see a green unusual texture of moss.
Green moss.
In wet forests and on boggy meadows green moss is often found. Its stems grow very densely, forming green carpets and bumps.
Mosses are very unpretentious plants. They can withstand great frosts and strong heating by the sun. When adverse conditions occur, they stop in growth, but remain alive. When the rains fall and heat comes again, the mosses quickly come to life. Due to their endurance, they often grow where other plants can not exist. Following the lichens, they settle on the rocks, on the trunks of trees, on the walls and roofs of old houses. Under favorable conditions, for example, in moist northern coniferous forests, mosses with a solid green carpet cover the soil. At the same time, they displace other plants, sometimes destroy entire forests, forming swamps in their place.
Mosses - unpretentious plants. They often settle on the rocks, following the lichens. Peat deposits, formed by peat moss-sphagnum, are of great economic importance.
Nature inspires me to make many beautiful photos, with which I will definitely share with you.
