Cappuccino Gelato with Rum Chocolate Sauce📷
I love ice cream , chocolate and coffee..(who else?..)So this insanely delicious, Italian dessert is the perfect combination of all these flavors!And is super easy to prepare it!
This elegant cappuccino ice cream has a silky texture , a heavenly taste, a deep coffee flavor and strong rich aroma, suits perfectly with rum chocolate sauce , and is an ideal frozen dessert after a dinner!I'm sure that it will steal your heart !💗
ingredients:
-3 eggs
-200 ml heavy whipping cream
-200 gr soft cream cheese
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 cup water
-instant espresso or coffee powder
-vanilla extract
-dark chocolate with coffee flavor (melted)
-homemade chocolate sauce with rum(for topping)
method:
-beat the cream and the cheese with an electric whisk, until combined and refrigerate the mixture for a few minutes
-beat the eggs with an electric whisk
-add sugar and water in a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes
-add espresso and boil the mixture for 1 more minute
-add the hot syrup into the egg mixture and stir well
-add all the other ingredients and the cream mixture and stir
-freeze overnight
-serve with rum chocolate sauce and chocolate chips
