English Language

I am sure there are a lot of posts related to the New Year’s congratulations, there is a brief one and some are delivered at length. There are those who reviewed 2018 about failures and achievements. But in fact, 2018 has passed, whatever happens; now you live in 2019. You need a plan logically and not grandiose. Right?

The sun has two sides about how it is present to you, he leaves our day by giving beauty before the dark night comes (sunset), the sun appears with beauty and looks at the day with enthusiasm and optimism (sunrise). Never before, the sun went away with anger and came with a sad face. These are two realistic things that the sun does and keeps repeating every day. So do we. Then do the most realistic thing, not planning that arises from desire but a plan that you can do according to your reason. In my opinion, even you have not a plans, you still have to live in 2019, even to die, you have to plan, right?

No one in this world always successful and that is true, if there is always success, then the word of failure or competition is never created. What you planned in 2018 and you failed, its was a natural thing. Leave that failure in 2018 then build a plan so that the failures not happen again in 2019. Will you succeed in 2019 ? There is no guarantee, but the if you more realistic (reasonable) when you make a plan, the greater your chances for get a success and not failing again.

On several occasions I have said about my formula for achieving success here. The formula is 3C (Community, Creativity and Content). I am temporarily keeping this in mind, because I have not dared to touch the world of trading, I have not been able to play there. What I formulated, I summarized from my experience here. Community is the basic foundation that has a very important role. Even the word of Whale never exists if it doesn't get a community whose calls itself by a whale later. That's just the name, not to mention the support that flows to him and increasingly makes him known as whale.

Does the whale just appear? Not. I have never known that there is a whale that is stagnant, monotonous and not creative and is referred to as Whale. If there is so please tell me. As long as here, I know the whale is the great people and are creative people and then they are enjoy the results of their creativity not just sitting stunned and profits coming by themselves. Then the second most important thing for success here is creative.

The last formula is the content that relates to the core, material, content and things you want to convey with your creativity. The content is very broad even outside of what you expect. Know that where you are playing right now is the world looking for taste and appreciation. The same thing will apply to you. I want to illustrate two math teachers. The first teacher gives the lesson by just sitting in front, dictating, paying attention to you with thick glasses and then giving you homework. While the second teacher with thick glasses sits smiling and comes to you if your face show an expression of unsuccessful, maybe he also tells you that next week he will not study in class but go straight to Wall Street. I am very sure the second teacher figure will be liked a lot. Likewise here in this world of tastes. Convey the content in an interesting and varied way, and then appreciation of the taste will come to see you.

Finally, I want to thank you for a happy new year 2019. Let's go through 2019 by creating a lot of success, staying realistic and optimistic can be better. Here, I also express my gratitude to many parties and persons. My thanks also to @qurator with two characters I know @ackhoo and @blacklux @wolfhart who is sometimes confused with my English question, you know this is because my English is not good.

In the few months before the end of 2018, my thirsty for appreciation from great communities such as the @curie @oracle-d institution and began to appear in my posts. Happy ?, Of course. Who does not want to get appreciation and this is a whip for my enthusiasm to keep giving my best as I can. Some people I thought could provide information on how to present @ocd @acidyo in our post. They are not escape wehen I asked. I want to succeed and I want to work, so I look for all the opportunities in a good way and not beg for vote. And finally I got it. It's difficult to be sure, but just be faith and still to effort are the ways to achieve it. Some sources write then I drink it well, chew it well and burrow it in the bloodstream so each letter, word and sentence is not empty, and @sevenfingers comes and appreciate it. This world made me meet some great writers through his writing like @sangdiyus @jubagarang.

And at the end of 2018, I really got acquainted with @trips.teem through promotions made by great people like @anggreklestari and @khanza.aulia. I explored several places and then offered it to this special community. The appreciation also flows beautifully from brother @cityofstars, abi @turkishcrew, sir @blocktrades, sir @neoxian and @blockbrothers, sir @kus-knee and Mr.@done . I can't guarantee they always support me, but with maintaining my quality, I'm sure that appreciation will be maintained. Its really, I can't reach number 5 dollars, it's must be hard and difficult. But I know that easy is words born after being difficult. So to achieve that easy beauty, I have to dare to walk on heavy and difficult words. and Also for all Witness who I choose all certainly for all steemian of the world.

Secercah Harapanku di Tahun 2019

Saya yakin bahwa saat ini banyak sekali postingan yang berkaitan dengan ucapan selama tahun baru, baik yang secara singkat disampaikan maupun yang disampaikan secara panjang lebar. Ada yang mereview kembali apa yang terjadi pada tahun 2018 berupa kegagalan dan pencapaian yang berhasil didapatkan. Namun sesungguhnya tahun 2018 telah berlalu. Apapun yang terjadi kamu hidup di tahun 2019 dan yang kamu butuhkan adalah rencana yang logis dan tidak muluk-muluk. benar ?.

Matahari memberi arti dua sisi, dia meninggalkan hari kita dengan memberikan keindahan sebelum malam kelam datang, matahari muncul dengan keindahan dan menatap hari dengan semangat dan optimisme. Belum pernah terjadi dalam sejarah, matahari pergi dengan kemarahan dan datang dengan muka yang sedih. Dua hal ini adalah hal realistis yang dilakukan matahari dan terus berulang setiap hari. Demikian juga kita.

2018 telah berlalu, kamu sekarang berada di 2019. Maka lakukan hal yang paling realistis, bukan perencanaan yang hanya sekedar rencana, tapi rencana yang mampu kamu lakukan. Kamu tidak mempunyai rencanapun maka tetap harus kamu jalani kehidupan di tahun 2019, bahkan untuk mati maka kamu harus punya rencana untuk mati, benarkan ?

Tidak ada yang selalu sukses dan berhasil itu benar, kalau ada yang sukses selalu maka tidak pernah tercipta kata gagal atau tidak pernah ada kata persaingan. Apa yang kamu rencanakan di tahun 2018 lalu kamu gagal itu adalah hal yang wajar. Tinggalkan kegagalan itu di tahun 2018 maka bangunlah rencana agar tidak gagal di tahun 2019. Apakah nanti kamu sukses di tahun 2019 ? Tidak ada jaminan, namun semakin realitis kamu membuat rencana, semakin besar pula kamu berhasil dan tidak gagal lagi.

Dalam beberapa kesempatan aku pernah berkata tentang sebuah rumus untuk mencapai kesuksesan disini. Rumus itu adalah 3C (Community, Creativity dan Content). Aku cukupkan sementara di dalam hal ini, karena aku belum berani menjamah dunia trading, karena aku belum mampu disana. Apa yang aku rumuskan itu aku rangkum dari pengalamanku berada disini. Komunitas merupakan landasan dasar yang mempunyai peran yang sangat penting. Bahkan kata Whale tidak akan pernah ada jika tidak mendapatkan komunitas yang kemudian menyebut dirinya sebagai whale. Itu baru sebutan, belum lagi kepada dukungan yang mengalir kepadanya dan semakin membuat dirinya dikenal dengan whale.

Apakah whale muncul begitu saja ? Tidak. Aku belum pernah mengetahui ada whale yang stagnan, monoton dan tidak kreatif lalu disebut sebagai Whale. Kalau ada beritahukan kepadaku. Selama disini aku mengetahui bahwa orang-orang besar itu adalah manusia-manusia kreatif lalu menikmati hasil dari kreatifitasnya bukan hanya duduk termangu dan keuntungan datang dengan sendirinya. Maka hal kedua yang paling penting untuk sukses disini adalah kreatif.

Terakhir adalah konten yang berkaitan inti, materi, isi dan hal yang ingin kamu sampaikan dengan kreatifitasmu. Kandungan konten ini sangat luas sekali bahkan diluar dari yang kamu perkirakan. Ketahuilah bahwa dimana kamu bermain saat ini adalah dunia mencari selera dan mengapresiasinya. Hal yang sama akan berlaku kepadamu. Aku ingin memberi illustrasi tentang 2 orang guru matematika. Guru pertama memberikan pelajaran itu dengan hanya duduk di depan, mendikte, memperhatikan kamu dengan kacamata tebalnya dan kemudian memberimu pekerjaan rumah. Sedangkan guru kedua denngan kacamata tebalnya duduk tersenyum dan mendatangimu jika mukamu menunjukan ekpresi tidak mampu menghitung, mungkin juga dia memberitahukan bahwa minggu depan tidak belajar di kelas tapi langsung ke wallstreet. Aku yakin sekali bahwa figur guru kedua ini akan banyak disukai. Demikian juga di dunia selera ini. Sampaikan isi dengan cara yang menarik dan variatif, maka apresiasi selera itu akan datang menjengukmu.

Akhirnya, aku mengucapkan selamat tahun baru 2019. Mari kita jalani 2019 dengan menciptakan banyak keberhasilan, Tetap realistis dan optimis bisa menjadi lebih baik. Disini, aku juga mengucapkan banyak terimakasihku kepada banyak pihak. Pertama sekali kepada @good-karma @esteemapp melalui universitas esteem dan menjadi tempat aku belajar sejak awal bersama orang-orang hebat seperti @owner99 dan @khanza.aulia, @alaikaabdullah, @fararizky @my451r @midun and @deltasteem.

Selanjutnya kepada #ksi melalui @levycore @aiqabrago yang senantiasa memberi support dan diskusi, pengalaman mereka sangat luas sehingga aku semakin antusias. Lalu kepada @arteem yang menjadi tempat belajarku dimana kami sesama redfish berkumpul dan belajar dengan tekun dengan petunjuk @paulag,@abh12345 @aneukpineung78, @rayfa. selanjutnya @qurator dengan dua tokoh yang aku kenal @ackhoo, @blacklux yang terkadang bingung dengan pertanyaanku karena bahasa inggrisku yang tidak bagus.

Di beberapa bulan sebelum penghujung 2018, rasa hausku terhadap apresiasi dari komunitas hebat seperti institusi @curie @oracle-d dan mulai hadir dalam postinganku. Rasa senang dan bahagia tentunya. Siapa yang tak ingin mendapatkan apresiasi dan ini menjadi cambuk untuk semangatku agar tetap memberikan yang terbaik. Beberapa orang yang aku pikir bisa memberi informasi bagaimana menghadirkan @ocd juga tidak luput aku tanya. Aku ingin berhasil dan aku ingin berkarya maka semua peluang aku cari dengan cara yang baik dan tidak mengemis vote. Dan akhirnya itu aku dapatkan. Sulit itu pasti, tapi keyakinan dan usaha adalah cara mencapainya. Beberapa sumber menulis yang baik aku minum, kukunyah dan kutanamkan dalam aliran darah agar setiap huruf, kata dan kalimat itu tidak kosong, dan @sevenfingers mengapresiasi itu. Dunia ini membuatku bertemu beberapa penulis hebat melaui tulisannya seperi @sangdiyus @jugabarang.

Benar-benar di penghujung di 2018, aku berkenalan dengan @trips.teem melalui promosi yang dibuat oleh orang hebat seperti @anggreklestari dan @khanza.aulia. Aku menjelajahi beberapa tempat untuk kemudian aku persembahkan untuk komunitas khusus ini. Apresiasi juga mengalir dengan indah bahkan dari @blocktrades dan @neoxian. Aku tak bisa menjamin itu selalu ada, namun dengan tetap mempertahankan kualitas aku yakin bahwa apresiasi itu akan tetap terjaga. Aku memang belum bisa mencapai angka 5, itu berat, itu sulit. Tapi aku tahu bahwa kata mudah itu lahir karena setelah berat dan sulit. Sehingga untuk mencapai keindahan mudah itu, aku mesti berani berjalan di atas kata berat dan sulit.
