Inviting Spring
The sun was shining bright and the fresh spring morning temperature was so inviting I had to leave the house. I wanted to run. Alone. It's weird because I usually prefer the company to keep me going.
I was never a very sport motivated person but I think I have to keep improving myself in all aspects. Of course, this was one of the last things I wanted to tackle. Still, here I am and hopefully, I will not give up on it too soon.
I left the house at 9AM and realized it was the best time to start. I only met a few people on the way which is what I prefer. I am not a big fan of crowded places and living in the city is usually not ideal when it comes to that.
I only run 3.3km (2 miles) but I was very happy with the achievement and walked the same distance back home.
When I was returning home the trail was already busier and I was glad to be done. I also took some time to take these photographs with my iPhone 6.
Spring is slowly melting the winter ice and green is becoming more and more intense. However, there are still some brown tones visible. I chose a pretty one for the finish.
