Plan B: Into the Woods / In den Wald

Unfortunately, my morning walk has fallen into the water in the truest sense of the word: when I stepped in front of the house, it rained in torrents.

Unfortunately I did not think of that before, although the weather forecast predicted exactly that. No problem, because for such cases there is the plan "B" ... which unfortunately I did not have. So I just drove off to the north and had the hope for snowfall, or at least no rain.

Mein heutiger Morgenspaziergang ist leider im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes ins Wasser gefallen: Als ich vor das Haus trat, hat es in Strömen geregnet.

Daran habe ich vorher leider nicht gedacht, obwohl der Wetterbericht genau das vorausgesagt hat. Kein Problem, denn für solche Fälle gibt es den Plan "B" ... den ich leider nicht hatte. Ich bin also einfach mal losgefahren in Richtung Norden und hatte die Hoffnung auf Schneefall, oder zumindest keinen Regen.

I did not find any snowfall, but after about an hour of driving a small forest near Mühlen in Styria, where there is also the Hörfeld Moor (Google Maps link after the photos).

Schneefall fand ich keinen, aber nach ca einer Stunde Fahrzeit ein kleines Wäldchen in der Nähe von Mühlen in der Steiermark, wo es auch das Hörfeld Moor gibt (Google Maps Link nach den Fotos).

It was not raining here and so I took a little walk through the forest ... until after a while it started to rain and I had no choice but to run back to the car and drive home.

So that was my today's early morning walk on Saturday.

Geregnet hat es hier nicht und so machte ich einen kleinen Spaziergang durch den Wald ... bis es nach einer Weile auch hier angefangen hat zu regnen und mir nichts anderes übrig geblieben ist, als zurück zum Auto zu laufen und wieder heimwärts zu fahren.

Das war dann also mein heutiger frühmorgendlicher Spaziergang am Samstag.
