In this nature reserve there are many plant species, as well as the carnivorous "sundew", and snakes, amphibians and bird species. The swamp with the Drni Moor is about 1,200 meters long and 150 meters wide. | In diesem Naturreservat gibt es viele Pflanzenarten, wie auch den Fleisch fressenden "Sonnentau", und Schlangen, Amphibien und Vogelarten. Apart from the fact that the photos and the story are wonderful, I was amazed by the wooden walkways that were carefully laid along the coast. So man does not harm nature. Probably, walking along such wooden paths is a great pleasure. You can fully devote your time to the nature around you, and not look at your feet, afraid to step into a puddle. Have a great day, my friend @Johannpiber! I am happy to return home, buses and trains, I hope, are gone for a few months. An hour ago, I crossed the threshold of my house, but, already, the trip reminded me)) I started transferring photos to a computer)) 1016 photos in two days, one day, out of two, I was driving a car, I can't remember that I used to press the camera shutter button so many times))

You are right, these wooden paths look good and are very handy, because it is wet and muddy there. I have only been on the place where I photographed, and did not go deeper, because it is all overgrown and I did not want to get dirty, because this wooden pathway is not everywhere ;) When I go there next time I will make more photos from all around this interesting area.
I wish you much fun viewing all photos. I love photographing, but I hate to look them through when I make so many photos ;)

The mountain ranges are majestic! I have never hiked to such high mountains!! The views must be fantastic like being on top of the world.

Oh, the views from the mountains are great, @kaminchan - depending on the weather you can see so very far, and the sunrises and sunsets are stunning.
Unfortunately, or better said, because of my laziness, I haven't been on such high mountains for the last years, but I am planning some hiking tours for the future.
Now I really have to edit my todays' post ;)

Die Landschaft ist sehr beeindruckend.

There is still snow on the mountains, what makes these reflections better, because it was too dark, and I had the ND filter screwed on.

I wanted to photograph the other places there too, but it was too overgrown and the path was too muddy to stay clean, so I will go there sometime later again.
I have seen photos from others with these spectacular reflections of the mountains in that small lake - so, I had to see it for myself ... and share the photos with you, of course ;)
Makes a good reason to bust there again and glad you had to visit there that is nature’s beauty at its best

You are right, I should stop talking about it, and finally photograph a beaver.
It is just as you say, the whole beaver family might be laughing when I talk about them, because they can hear my thoughts when I am thinking of photographing beavers ... I think I'll need a good therapist, if I'm not able to take a photo of a beaver soon ;)

Wenn du diese Farben liebst, dann vergiss das Soca Tal nicht. Ich war gestern wieder dort und die Farbe des Wassers haut mich jedes Mal wieder um ;)
Das Soca Tal steht schon seit längerem auf meiner Liste - ich hab schon so viele Bilder davon gesehen und muss da unbedingt mal hin! Ich hoffe ich komm dieses Jahr dazu!
Ist zumindest von Klagenfurt aus keine Strecke - ich brauche ca 45 MInuten über den Wurzenpass bis nach Kranjska Gora, dann noch ca 20 Minuten auf/über den Vrsic Pass und dann bin ich eigentlich schon im Soca Tal :)
Geht sich fix mal aus :)

We have also very clear streams and rivers in Austria, but the ones in our neighbor country Slovenia seem to be so much clearer and more colorful.
