When it's Holiday time in Florida...

...you put lights on the Palm tree!

Why only decorate a Christmas tree on the inside, when you can give the outside of your house some pizzazz. In addition to helping my parents put lights all over the palm in the front yard, as well as the house, I installed laser lights that rotate and put in a smoke machine that will periodically come on. It gives the house an added cool effect and makes the laser lights ricochet off of it. 

Since we will not have any snow in Florida, might as well make it as festive as possible. The neighbors' setup is pretty extravagant as well, with an inflatable Santa Clause and sleigh. Another neighbor has two huge inflatable candy canes and a nativity scene.

Both of those are all well and good, but laser lights and smoke machine? I think that takes the cake!
