Where is this building? It looks like a modern take on the brutalist movement of the early-mid 1900s. Repeated rectangle motif and raw exposed concrete, minimal, if any, adornment.

It's in Newcastle. Not sure what it is called though.

Found it! Originally called "Swan House", now called "55 degrees north".
