No, I don't think so - it has been raining so much in the past weeks that all reservoirs should be filled up, and there's enough snow on the mountains I think.
I would either say, that the coming years will be the snowless Winters, but snowy Springs, because I bet it will snow in Fabruary and March, if not in April too.
