[Pictures] Seoul's Scenic Streets Part 3: The Everyday
Seoul is an incredibly visual city, a true feast for the eyes.
No photos will every truly do it justice, but I've done my best to capture and theme my next few posts on some of the sights here in Seoul.
Welcome to Seoul's Scenic Streets Part 2: Street Art
I'm sure there's much, much more street art, graffiti and more that I've missed (and would love to see), but here are a handful of shots I took within a day or so of each other.
These were largely captured in and around Hongdae area of Seoul.
Here we go:
The exclusive-to-South-Korea Starbucks Avocado Blended.
You can read my thoughts on it here.
Sliced steak, soup and soju as eaten on a street stall
A larger-than-life Transformer, spotted at the water pistol festival
An impressive vertical parking unit:
An Archery cafe, as seen from the view of the participating archer:
A typical busy Seoul side-street
To say Koreans like pre-prepared coffee is an understatement
Available prizes from a street-side entertainment room
Advertisement for local delicacies (well, sort of), as displayed on the Subway underground platform:
A sign that the patrons of this bar have indeed been thirsty
A quick note about these photos:
- They're all my original pics (as shown by the goodwithtravels watermark)
- These have no editing (other than adding the watermark)
- No filters have been used
- All photos taken on iPhone 8 Plus
