Yesterday had an yummy desert made up of dragon fruit.
Nowadays people are bereft of heart related diseases. In such a way, this fruit can prove to be very useful. Dragon fruit keeps your heart strong by decreasing dangerous cholesterol.
Dragon fruit is also helpful in fighting sugar. The fiber contained in it balances the blood sugar level. Along with this, it also keeps your digestive system in place.
This looks so yummy!
I would love to have one of these before.
