The Power of Water
Two Years Ago on 30th of April i visited the waterfall "Traunfall" in Upper Austria to do some longtime exposure shots of water falling down the waterfalls. It was pretty amazing how much water there is and how powerfull it is when you are only some meters away. But i did not only take several longtime exposure shots but also several shots with very short exposure so you can see the power on the pictures.

You can see the water falling down the waterfalls with a lot of speed and force. It is pretty loud when you stand near the waterfall and you can nearly not hear each other when you try to speak with a friend nearby. Eventhough the Traunfall is not the bigges waterfall but it still has a lot of water that is flowing over it.

Although i like to do longtime exposure shot smoothing out the water, in some occations it is much more beautiful to take some shots with a very short exposure time to get these powerful images.
